I have just had your delivery from a guy called James, and I just wanted to let you know how delightfully helpful he was. Our office is at the end of my back garden, with a side gate for access. He is the first delivery man who has ever volunteered to bring the delivery all the way up to the office, which is incredibly helpful. 5 stars for James!
